Return Policy

• All returns must be unused and in the same resale condition as originally purchased
• Shoes may not be worn and then returned
• String jobs that are defective will be replaced or refunded
• All returns will go back on the card used for original purchase
• Demo fees will be refunded in the form of credit toward the purchase of a tennis frame only.  Only racquets qualify for demo fee credits.
